Very Good Experience
Our experience here was just “meh.” Dr. Kutzarov came across as not caring very much. Maybe he was having a bad day. He was in and out, seemed rushed, and didn’t seem to appreciate the extra questions we asked—which probably should have been things he offered information about in the first place. I think sometimes doctors need to realize that their patients are not well informed in medical issues and offering more information and dumbing down the explanation would be helpful. Update: I had the Doctor's name wrong. This time I saw Dr. Hall and a new doctor. They were both great. I am not increasing my rating because I had a 3:15 appointment and didn't get seen until 4:15. Fortunately, I think I am finished with appointments there. Will probably try a different place if I need orthopedics in the future. So far things are not great. First, I complained that the boot (that went to my knee) given to me at the ER was hurting my skin and causing pain in my SI joint to be worse. They gave me a boot that ... read more
