Poor experience. They never answer their phones, I've been waiting for my MRI results for over a month without any follow up, and they neglected to follow the VA's rules in accepting a veteran referral, creating more issues between the VA and this place. I do not recommend if you want your results and to be treated as anything but a number.
Absolutely worst company ever. Ever since they went to that BHS crap, the customer service went out the window. No one answers the damn phone in physical therapy, referrals take forever, and no one can give a straight answer on billing. Please go somewhere else. The only good thing that comes out of this place is the physical therapy staff. Stefanie and Andrew are the best and deserve better.
0/5 - The worst PT place ever. The staff is completely incompetent. Don't waste your time coming here. Look for other PT options; there are plenty of better ones in The Woodlands.
Shaniqua was so rude to my elderly mom. Shocking the lack of compassion shown towards an elderly adult in pain getting x-rays. Training should cover compassion!
