I have seen Dr. Kevin Smith for my trigger thumb, which was corrected with surgery. I have seen Dr. Alexander Nguyen for a sprained ankle & I have had shots for my knee & therapy for my knee in the past also. I am happy to say that with the x-ray at my appointment on this part Wednesday, my ankle was not broken but just badly sprained. I trust the Dr.'s here & have never had any issues with the service or billing.

Such is my assessment, based on my experience, with Texas Orthopedic Sports Medicine. We are all cattle, nothing more than carbon-based protoplasm... read more

Overcharged $80 upfront august 6th based on my health insurance company explanation of benefits and won’t refund the overpayment in violation of their health insurance agreement. Won’t return calls and billing offsite only partial English and lie openly about reasons they aren’t refunding my money.

Like all complaints. They serious overbook their patients each doctor. That makes waiting to see a doctor 1+ hour long
