UPDATE: AND the permanent retainer was installed incorrectly leading to my teeth shifting and me now having to go into invisalign to close the space that opened up. RUN! to I came in to fix a permanent retainer that had come loose. When I called and explained what I needed I was told that I would need to have a consultation and would be charged $100 for this (although the website says consultations are free) and an additional charge to 'fix' the retainer which was estimated at $50. Service is awful !!! Sent wrong reminders, wrong dates and time. nobody told us to bring the retainer with us. Young lady at the front desk acts like it’s my mistake, not their system’s mistake, this is the worst!!! She didn’t even say “sorry” for this situation. P.S. To be fair I would like to update. They called from the main office to apologize and said, that it will be discusses on the next meeting.
They are always so friendly and helpful. They answer all my questions and my daughter feels so comfortable here!
The staff and doctors are amazing! My son is autistic and they had no issues at all with his quirks. They explained everything really well and made my son very comfortable and even excited about braces. It went better than I could have ever expected. Thank you!
