I don’t know how they run things there, but it is clearly dissatisfying. I’ve called several times over a week urgently trying to schedule an appointment - multiple times a day, and NOBODY has returned my calls or messages. I’m currently on hold again and it’s been 10+ minutes, this is the second time today. I don’t feel they have the proper support systems or resources in place to deliver quality care like a more established cancer center can. Do not recommend.
Dr. Kodali and ALL of her staff are WONDERFUL! Facilities in & out are extremely comfortable and welcoming!
I am so grateful that such a great facility as Texas Oncology is located near my home. I believe it is as good or better than any medical facility in the crowded Houston medical center. They have top notch doctors and staff, especially Dr Meer!
