Parking is absolutely horrendous.
Do not trust this clinic billing practices. They quoted me one price for insurance preauthorized infusions and then changed it after I started. I was given a price for a series of five weekly infusions and informed my insurance preauthorized. On my 4th visit at check in I was told I had a balance of 4 times the amount originally quoted. The check in desk staff also stated I could not continue my treatment until my balance was brought current in front of everyone in the waiting area. Do NOT go to this place. Serious warning. I ignored the bad reviews because I had to schedule everything last minute. That was a huge mistake. I had a hysterectomy four days ago and the post-surgical care was absolutely awful. Dr. Lynn’s secretary/nurse, Shelby, was cold, dismissive, and clearly did not care about my pain. After a major surgery, I was given only two days of pain medication. When I called because I was in pain, Shelby finally called back and told me to take over-the-counter meds. The place WREAKS of fragrances. Stay clear if you are allergic!!! 25% of the population is allergic. They deny any of it and blame the guests for wearing perfume, but it’s the same smell every single time and it’s NOT the guests. You can smell the plume as you walk out of the hallway elevators, before you even reach the doors! It’s only in the waiting room, not in the back.
