Be careful this place is a money grab and certainly dont ask for a 2nd opinion you might find yourself without a doctor LOL seriously. Texas oncology you and most of your staff are the DOLLAR GENERAL of oncology facilities. PATIENTS BE CAREFULL!!
My sister has cancer and she said the nurses there are great very professional , My sister is home now..hopefully she will be a lot better…. Great place .. God bless ❤️
UPDATE 2: I spoke to an Office Manager after i posted my initial review; she basically told me that the system I was told to use by this office to communicate with my doctor (Navigating Care) was actually the wrong system and that's why the doctor never responded--never mind that I was also emailing her nurse and it still took a week to get a response about my concerns & questions. She said I was suppose to be using "Canopy" according to this Office Manager. She in no way made me feel that she was taking my concerns seriousl... read more
I can't speak to why some others have expressed frustration with long waits, etc. I've been coming here for more than five years, and my experience has been totally different. I've never had to wait particularly long. The front desk ladies have always been exceptionally sweet, cordial and helpful. Dr. Griffin, also, has been expert, attentive, and thorough in caring for me. I can't recommend TX Oncology SW (Ft. Worth) more highly.
UPDATE 1: Since that response was accurately predicted, I had already sent my name & number. Will update soon based on the conversation. Thats assuming someone calls. ORIGINAL POST: This is my 3rd interaction with TX Oncology over 9 years and it's my 3rd 1-star google review--1 for Bedford in 2018ish, 1 for FTW in southside and now ftw southwest.
