Yeah, their entire point of contact with the phones are a big pain with the phones system. The employees will probably be the first person to tell you that the phones aren’t working properly and are needing a total replacement system.
When you consider the reason you’re here and realize you’re not the only patient, you’ll find this facility is the gold standard.

You'll be in ER again or hospital before this clinic can manage to schedule an appointment. Just go in circles and get a different story or excuse every time I call to try to schedule.
