I see Dr. Jill Heffernan, And I wouldnt see anyone else. She Listens, She cares what you have to say and trys to answer any questions to the best of her knowledge. Have other doctors ask if I see her. They have all said nothing but nice things about her. She's the BEST. Thanks for your care.
Dr. Shivnani is an excellent doctor. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. However his receptionist is condescending and rude. She refuses to answer even the simplest questions. When she does decide to answer, she replies with an eye roll and a quick "I have no idea". She makes a point of letting people know that she does not want to be bothered with anything that might require her to get out of her chair or perform a duty that is beyond her job description.
