I arrived for my scheduled appointment today only to be told it had been rescheduled. I was informed that a call was made, but I did not receive any missed calls, texts, emails, or voicemails notifying me of the change. Supposedly they rescheduled all of the appointments for this week because the PA is out. I don’t believe they called every patient that was on the calendar this week to reschedule. If there was an option to put zero stars I would it’s unbelievable that they don’t allow kids I’m a mom of two and just moved from a different state so I don’t know anyone here to watch them for me they made us even fill out the forms outside the lobby where the elevators because I have my 10 month old who was not even being a disturbance they treat children like if they were dogs so if you have kids don’t even bother making an appointment here!

It’s a shame how the front desk employees can ruin a visit. They may have good doctors but the receptionist are HORRIBLE.

Great Doctors and Staff, and nurses are kind and gentle
