if i could rate zero stars, i would. the front office ladies have a very bad attitude towards everyone who walks into the door, i have never had one good experience there but i endure it for my mother as she loves her doctor. They constantly disrespect me and play dumb and act as if they are unable to do anything at all except for just sit there and argue with patients just asking a simple question.
I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding my recent experience at your office. While I understand the importance of managing payments, the approach taken during my visit was concerning and frankly, disrespectful to the patient care I was expecting, especially given the stress of a cancer diagnosis. I had an outstanding balance and made sure to settle it before my appointment, as I am aware that appointments are not kept if there is any amount due. Staff is professional and more importantly caring.
Absolute trash. Will not answer the phone so I had to visit the office in person. Was told I need to fill out their paperwork, have my PCP fax my medical records to them. And then they will call me to setup an appointment. Never received that phone call.
