They have a call "care coordinator" who cannot cancel nor change my upcoming appointment. The people who can won't return my call at a time I can speak with them. My condition will now go untreated because they are the only clinic that will accept my insurance. The insurance is tied to Veterans benefits.

I have been seen 3 years and the first thing they ask when you walk in is —— DO YOU STILL HAVE INSURANCE AND THEN YOU HAVE A BALANCE TO PAY.
