For 20 years, Dr. Lyons has helped keep me alive. For 20 years, the office management can only be described as inept. For 10 years or so, they opened the doors at 7:30. If you had a 7:30 appt and there were 4 or 5 people in front of you with 8 or 8:30 or 9 a.m. appointments, each taking 5 minutes to check in, your 7:30 am appt just became an 8:30 appt.
