Horrible front desk experience each time I visit. They have forgotten to check me in 2 separate times which caused a one hour delay in my treatment. Staff in the infusion room are very nice but unfortunately the waiting area experience ruins it entirely for me.

I was referred to Dr. Dahm by Community Care from the VA. Dr. Dahm and her staff were extremely professional, caring, considerate, friendly and easy to work with. They were affable and direct. Don't send faxes! They will NEVER receive them so just take paperwork in person. One day, hopefully, they'll become a 21st century facility.

The staff in the back are great. But the 2 receptionist in the front are very rude. They do not acknowledge people when standing at the desk and talk extremely awful to people and have a bad attitude. They look like they have scowl on their faces. The poor patients are very sick have enough turmoil in their lives already. They shouldn’t have to deal with that kind of awful treatment. I would really like to say something to them about it, but my poor mother has enough on her plate as it is. They just had more stress on them. ... read more
