The staff in the back are great. But the 2 receptionist in the front are very rude. They do not acknowledge people when standing at the desk and talk extremely awful to people and have a bad attitude. They look like they have scowl on their faces. The poor patients are very sick have enough turmoil in their lives already. They shouldn’t have to deal with that kind of awful treatment. They nearly killed my mother with their carelessness. She had extremely low white blood cells and platelets at her toxicity check, so they told us "go to the ER and get 2 units of platelets" so we went, waited all night being passed over for more serious cases, gave up and went home. The next morning my mother was unresponsive, had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital. I go here to see Dr.Anuh Dham she kind and responds kind and considerate words, Dr, Tim dzuick in the radiation therapy is kind and considerate with his words.

Gilda and team were so nice to hang out with for the day while getting an infusion. No matter how busy she was, she always checked on me throughout the day. The environment in the infusion area was welcoming, with snacks and drinks to keep you full and hydrated.
