I went to see this Doctor office for hematologist. I had a nice experience with Staff and the doctor. They treated you in a professional way and was caring about your needs. I go back in few months for a follow-up. They cared about your medical situation and needs!

First time calling this office and front office staff who said her name was “KIKI” was rude and obviously unprofessional. It’s a shame this place has 3 reviews and they all read the same complaint. Rude front office staff! Not sure why they continue to hire these mediocre people especially to be the face of the clinic! They should look for jobs where they have zero contact with others especially in the medical field where they speak with the most vulnerable population.

My mother has been going here for a long time and she is always harrassed by Gladys at the front desk. She always has an attitude and demands more payment than she can even afford at one time. Please do something about this woman or I will.

Dr Kodali is pretty nice however his front staff and billing are incompetent. They charge you for ALL your visits to date then your next visit they want to charge you again for a visit they “forgot” to charge you for. And that visit was 3 back from where you are at the moment. Not to mention they charged you incorrectly the first time. The girl up front is nothing but attitude. She acts like she doesn’t know any answers to anything when shes the one you’ve been dealing with.
