Management needs to speak with the scheduler lady who sits closest to the infusion clinic. She is not a nice person and should be given notice to adjust her attitude. Patients are already stressed when they come here for treatment.
I was referred here by my physician. As a new patient, it's impossible to schedule an appointment with Dr. Kinsella. Operator redirects you to an answering machine of new patient coordinator and a voice message that promises to call back within 48 hours. They never do or call a week later while you're having an MRI and can't physically answer the phone.
