Front desk staff unprofessional- gossiping about patients as they left the counter - zero communication from facility prior to appointment that I I was supposed to have blood work done prior to my appointment in the clinic . The waiting room Online form process was subpar and not able to be completed because they didn’t have prostate cancer as a familial cancer option to list

Texas Oncology-New Braunfels has done a TERRIBLE job of managing my referral. After 2 months of calling and talking to multiple "scheduling specialist"...I have yet to be scheduled at the New Braunfels location. During that 2 month timeframe my referral was mistakenly sent to the Kerrville location and during both instances...I was called to schedule immediately. If the drive wasn't so far, I would have gladly gone to that clinic. Needless to say, I have messaged my PCP and have requested that they refer me elsewhere.

Dr.Braden is excellent, caring and educates his patients, very good at communicating. Texas Oncology business side sucks, very money oriented. In 3 years of treatment that i have always held a zero dollar balance. They have refused treatment 4 times because they questioned my insurance, delayed treatment 3 times each time more than 6 weeks. They do not care about the patient health, they worry more about payment… To call them cold and unworthy of being in this business is short of being fully accurate

I give them a five star rating because if it wasn’t for there quick thinking and quick action after having an allergic reaction to a med that I didn’t even know I was allergic to and the ladies springing into action to give me an EpiPen I am sure I would have not made it out. Amazing staff and the people are so friendly and nice so thank you to the whole team
