Very disappointed in the quality of service or should I say lack of service. Think I will have to look for a different hematologist.
I aboslutely love this place. Staff is amazing. The billing department is patient and helpful. The infusion nureses are great. Highly recommend them for Oncology services.
Reading the negative reviews made me nervous about taking my mom to this place. However, the experience has been positive so far. Front desk picked up the phone every time I called and was very helpful with appointment assistance as well as test referrals. Dr. Salame was caring, listening, and being straightforward with my mom's diagnosis. I think Texas Oncology listened and made the effort to improve patient satisfaction, so I will keep updating this review as we go on with our journey. Obviously these people are athiests , O don not want sthiest providing care to me or my family.They have no respect for the history of holidays.
I'm a patient and if I don't miss an appointment. They are very nice to me but if I miss an appointment for any reason it seems that they are very hostile and they push my appointments off Even if my blood needs to be checked regularly. I really don't think it's appropriate for them to treat me this way.
