I'm a patient and if I don't miss an appointment. They are very nice to me but if I miss an appointment for any reason it seems that they are very hostile and they push my appointments off Even if my blood needs to be checked regularly. I really don't think it's appropriate for them to treat me this way.
Diagnosed with advanced case of a rapidly growing cancer, I went to Texas Oncology because it was recommended. It was clear by my second doctor visit this was not the place for me. I'm sure they provide a valuable service for many people, but it was my insurance oncology case worker who encouraged me to seek a second or even third opinion. Does this place ever call people back?! I have been trying to get an appointment since May. It’s August. I’ve called at least once a week since May. I stopped calling for a few weeks just to see if they’d get back to me and they haven’t. I’m so disappointed because Dr. Waghela or however you spell their name comes highly recommended. Every time I call “It looks like the new patient coordinator is out.
