The facility itself is clean and comfortable and the receptionists are very kind and welcoming. My issue comes from treatment itself. I feel very dismissed and quite confused with my recent treatment. I initially came in paying completely out of pocket for all of my treatment. I found the entire staff at Texas Oncology Mansfield to be extremely pleasant and very attentive to my healthcare needs. I also recommend Dr Salame, is an excellent doctor. He is always open to help improve your condition, is a very good listener and works to make sure you get the best care possible.

Just terrible. First they accuse me of missing appointments. I got text confirmations and responded with the selection to reschedule. They told me those responses don’t work; so then why is that even an option? Then I got there today for my 1:30 appt at 1:25. I wrote my name on the sticker and sat down. At 2:05, I ask them if they can check what’s taking so long and they go in the back and come out and tell me that since I checked in 15 minutes late, they took a new patient in front of me. Please DO NOT trust Dr. Waghela with your care. She is insensitive, unprofessional, and delusional. I have several appointments with her and she is extremely rude. She will claim she had a conversation with you which never happened. In addition, she will prescribe you medication and not explain why nor advise you of what transpired to cause the issue. Furthermore, when you explain to her your pain level, she will prescribe you a very low dosage. After repeatedly explaining this to her, she will advise you to double the dosag... read more
