If I could give this place negative stars I would. Extremely unprofessional. They didnt give me proper notice I needed a prior authorization which I obtained the same day and called back they canceled my appt on me then proceed to tell me my slot for tomorrow appt was filled. So now I have to wait for another month to get in when I have already been waiting a month and a half. 3 months later hopefully I'll get to be seen. What a joke

Approaching 7 years, I have been a patient at the Kerrville location. I don’t often write reviews but feel the desire to publicly say a big thank you to the staff and to Drs Singh and Barrington for their personalized treatment, expertise, and genuine caring attention to keep me functioning. The nurses and other staff (one exception) are working efficiently and with empathy and compassion, friendship and nurture to each patient moving thru their appointments. never have we been to medical facility where the staff is so inconsiderate and disrespectful speaking loudly, laughing, yelling down the hallways at each other with no regard for patients, who are obviously there for care! The oncologist bedside manner is lacking. They don't seem to provide any definitive answers & require test results before proceeding. They do not follow through with messages and a timely manner even in emergencies. Trying to get prescription refills or updated is a chore because they do not respond or the... read more

Today 01/22/2025 my husband had an appointment @2:30 with the PA. This appointment was scheduled 6 months ago. We get to his appt. and are told he is not listed as having an appt. I said it was with the PA. Then we are told oh, the PA did not come into work today her schedule was cancelled. My question, why did we not get a call in that regard.
