Attempted to schedule an appointment through the Texas Oncology website. When I did not hear from them, I did call to schedule a first time appointment. They did have note of my request online, but had just not responded as yet. After spending some time trying to schedule an appointment, they advised me that they would need to collect previous medical records from MD Anderson (where my husband had previously been going), but that they needed to call as they did not have access to the MyChart portal. HORRIBLE place with HORRIBLE customer service. They don’t care about patients OR their needs. They don’t follow up and make you do all the work. I worked on a referral for MONTHS for my Mother for them to decline, in the end. No call, no follow up, no nothing. I had to inquire to find even that out. Thanks for nothing! Cancer patient and families deserve MORE than this.

Dr. Watters and staff were always wonderful. Helpful with appointment changes and LOA, and referrals. Infusiun team were all great and looked to seeing them too all year. Radiation team friendly and speedy for treatments in and out. It was great to see all the familiar faces at the front desk and pharmacy too each week. Even the sweet janitor. It made my visits so much nicer.

They always get my father-in-law in & out quick for bloodwork days. Also his appointment data with the Dr seem to always run pretty much on time. We have no complaints.

I would give 0 if I could. I have been trying to get a patient transfer from Fort Worth TO since we moved to Keller. The referral was sent they have it, every time I call, I get the run around. I have tried for over a month. This has been stressful and I am not getting anywhere with the people that answer your phone! Big disappointment.
