They have ZERO communication! I had an appointment set a month before for blood work. Arrived early, waited about 45 minutes before going to the front which the ladies at the front are the only good thing about that place. And she called lab, lab said in a minute so waited 15 more minutes only for the receptionist to call lab again and at that time lab told her that they didn’t have orders. I am a patient at Texas Oncology Irving and I am happy to leave a review because I have benefited greatly from the care that I have received there. I will begin with the kindness, thoughtfulness and consideration of the women who check patients into the clinic. They have lifted my spirits so many times. On the few occasions where there was an issue with my appointment (my own misunderstanding, they have made sure that I was seen in a timely manner).
