I am a patient at Texas Oncology Irving and I am happy to leave a review because I have benefited greatly from the care that I have received there. I will begin with the kindness, thoughtfulness and consideration of the women who check patients into the clinic. They have lifted my spirits so many times. On the few occasions where there was an issue with my appointment (my own misunderstanding, they have made sure that I was seen in a timely manner). Several times now I make an appointment for a certain day, I know I make it for this day as it's the only free day I can go to any appointments, just to get the auto confirmation text that's it's on a different day. Is the scheduler marking it on the wrong day, or are they changing it after the fact? I only have 1 day a week for my appointments and it's on the same day every week, never changes. So there's no way I personally told them the wrong day. Trying to call the scheduler is unnecessarily difficult and ph calls don't ... read more
