The back office staff are super busy but so accomplished in the service to their patients. The Doctors are 5 star!! The front desk staff are rude at times short tempered! They were talking about their fellow coworkers the short time I was there. You approach them with smiles and all you got back because you interrupted their gossip was silenced..And don't ask questions or request help those two front desk staffers would appear annoyed.Short tempered

I've been trying for a week to get a new patient hematologist appointment and no one will do it. I've left several voicemails on the new patient call tree. Also talked with Zuly who seemed like she was going to handle what the call tree voicemails hadn't. She's never followed-up with me and has also ignored my personal voicemails. Each time I've explained my post-surgery needs. No one seems to care.
