I had my Breast Cancer (Tumor) taken care of (removed) here with Dr. Pfost. I have nothing but positive things to say. I am very sadden to see all the negatives reviews about this location, but thankful I did have a very positive experience at Texas Oncology-Med Center. My surgeon, Dr Pfost was great, same my oncologist Dr. Durkal. Wonderful caring respectful people, they made my journey so much easier and hopeful. Dr. Pfost is so good at everything, and Dr. Durkal follows the same, THE BEST. Dr. Pfost nurse Gloria was beyon... read more

The entire process is stressful. They put through all these people and are not willing to accept insurance plans that state they are willing to contract and pay 100%. It was like they didn’t want to accept me as a patient in a discriminatory way if you don’t have Blue Cross Blue Shield or CVS Caremark (major insurance plans). They are slow to even gather this information and provide you with answers, completely wasting my time all while sick.
