I absolutely love my physician at Texas Oncology, but you better be in no hurry to have anything done. My physician will order an infusion to be completed within the two weeks following an appointment, and every time I have to call back after that two week window to ask why I haven't been scheduled. It's never an issue with my insurance because when I call them they haven't even received a request. This repeats each time I need therapy (for the past 5+ years at this location). Called to schedule an appointment, the on call service answered……when she was typing what I was saying, I could hear the typing of the keys which was really loud and super annoying!
My Oncologist Dr Chauk M. & Nurse Mary, & staff are Kindly Nice, Helpful, Courtiously Caring for their Patients, Patients Families including to myself. Me and Our Father Lord will always forever ♡ Always help Us with our God's Children, Gods Warriors, Cancer Surviors, including this Semi Remission Cancer Me!!
