I’m so grateful for the care I receive at Texas Oncology and Hematology. From the moment I walk in, Kylie always greets me with a warm smile and such a kind, sweet spirit—no matter the time of day. It truly makes a difference. Dalia in the lab is just as wonderful and adds to the caring, comforting atmosphere. This team genuinely cares about their patients, and I feel very blessed to be in their hands.
I requested for a visit with my oncologist but after check-in and lab blood draw, I was told that I will visit the nurse practitioner. It is not right to do such practice. They suppose to give back the refund due to the cancelation of the appointment which still has not happened yet. The technician who performed the blood pressure and medicine overview did a trouble job. Didn't run the scheduled appointment through insurance properly and said it'd be 20k out of pocket. Wasted our time as they also had incorrect insurance info. Despite being 26, they had Medicaid showing on file...
Been meaning to write this review sooner but want to thank Texas oncology West Frisco office for their hard work and care that they have been providing me over the last multiple months to help me beat cancer
