I requested for a visit with my oncologist but after check-in and lab blood draw, I was told that I will visit the nurse practitioner. It is not right to do such practice. They suppose to give back the refund due to the cancelation of the appointment which still has not happened yet. Didn't run the scheduled appointment through insurance properly and said it'd be 20k out of pocket. Wasted our time as they also had incorrect insurance info. Despite being 26, they had Medicaid showing on file...

Been meaning to write this review sooner but want to thank Texas oncology West Frisco office for their hard work and care that they have been providing me over the last multiple months to help me beat cancer

I am extremely disappointed with the scheduling department at Texas Oncology. I was in need of iron infusions, but their scheduling team was always busy and difficult to reach. Because of their negligence in not scheduling my infusions in a timely manner, I was asked to give blood twice—something that could have been avoided had they managed my case properly.
