Be careful this place is a money grab and certainly dont ask for a 2nd opinion you might find yourself without a doctor LOL seriously. Texas oncology you and most of your staff are the DOLLAR GENERAL of oncology facilities. PATIENTS BE CAREFULL!!

As a breast cancer survivor who has been treated through Texas Oncology for over a year, I am deeply disappointed by my experience today. Throughout my treatment and numerous appointments, I have always paid my copays without exception. Today, for the first time, I did not have my $50 copay available at the time of my visit. Rather than offering to bill me or allow me to pay at a later date, I was asked if I wanted to reschedule my appointment. This experience left me feeling as though my care was secondary to payment. I had a very disappointing experience with Texas Oncology and specifically with Dr. Naina. I see him regarding Factor V Leiden, and during both visits I left feeling dismissed, judged, and talked down to rather than cared for as a patient. What bothered me most was the attitude surrounding preventative care. Because I personally have not yet experienced a blood clot, I was made to feel as though my condition was not a real concern. I am coming up on my last 2 chemo sessions. I am extremely grateful for Dr. Pham. She has been thorough in the treatment plan and breaks down the reasoning behind the plan selected for me. She puts my mind at ease when I have questions and concerns. From her staff, to the staff that draws my blood weekly and the nurses that have administered my weekly chemo, thank you.
