If I could rate these people any lower I would. My grandmother chose this doctor because of all of Dr. Richeys “raving” reviews... I can only assume these reviews were made by the company because this Dr & his staff are the biggest jokes. They dropped the ball multiple times that delayed her cancer treatment and treated her like she was less than human. From March to mid April I called my doctors medical assistant four times trying to reschedule an appointment. No return call. The day I left a message that I needed a referral in order to transfer doctors, that day I got a call. Amazing how that works. I asked about returning my calls. she checked her chart, after a long pause she said I guess I didn't call. No apology. Said she'd update me on 4/10 now its 4/25 no call, no surprise. Love them! Nurses all very caring. My doctor is the best!!! Very proactive and straight forward.
