I am very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. The wait times are excessive, and the front desk staff does not properly check in patients, which only causes even longer delays. On top of that, patients are being pushed to attend other clinics far from their place of residence, which is extremely inconvenient. I was told that 4:00 PM appointments are “not convenient” for the clinic because staff gets out at 5:00 PM, even though the procedure is radiation therapy and should take no more than 15 minutes. The wait is horrific.. Just to get blood results. I had spoked to someone about getting a video call so as not to waste time and was told we couldn't .. Once inside we waited for almost 2 hours for a 5 minute session. Nurse practitioner has a condescending whiny manner about her . Wish we had met with the doctor instead.

Quickly going downhill,would rather go to east side location metal an elderly lady theymade wait 5 hours for doctor app( she was in her 80s)

Windy Navarro, was a great help in expediting my paperwork, which I had to leave in the front desk because I didn’t have an appointment. The receptionist that I was working with never gave it to the back office! Two weeks, Ms Windy had to locate where she had placed it.
