Windy Navarro, was a great help in expediting my paperwork, which I had to leave in the front desk because I didn’t have an appointment. The receptionist that I was working with never gave it to the back office! Two weeks, Ms Windy had to locate where she had placed it.

I have nothing but good things to say about Texas Oncology. Every single person is concerned with giving people in a hard moment care and support. The lovely lady in the business office is so kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Rodriguez and all his staff are top notch! I am so glad we have such an excellent, full-service cancer treatment center here in El Paso. WOW. Ana, my nurse for a phlebotomy sat with me because she could see how scared I was. I will never forget her! Whoever is doing the training needs to continue. 100%.

I hate that appointments get made then I get here and Im told that I don’t have the appointment that it was cancelled and no one even bothered to call me to let me know I woke up super early to come to the appointment and to top it off the front office secretary with like reddish hair and glasses is super rude and gets confrontational when I ask what the appointment was about saying IDK IDK IDK and telling me that she can make an appointment with business office when they had cancelled its like every time I come and I see he... read more

I still don’t understand why they have an answering service/call center, waste of time and money. I strongly believe that ladies in the office can do a good job.

The whole staff have treated my wife with kindness and compassion, all the nurses are like angels.
