i was scheduled for an iron transfusion and got the day off from work to be able to attend it, considering it’s a slow drip and takes a few hours. the appointment was a complete waste of time, did not receive said iron transfusion and was ordered more unnecessary labs and was told my iron deficiency was due to my diet. they have all medical history and did not consider that i have had ulcerative colitis since age 12, which means i have malabsorption of nutrients, that is including iron. they wrote me off as “healthy” and to ... read more

Staff are kind and polite every time I'm here. I'm never waiting long even when it's a fully booked day. I appreciate everything the staff does for me and others. I know it must be hard to be see very sick/dying people daily and I see them being positive and helpful and sweet to everyone and that really does mean a lot in terms of care. They aren't just sticking you with needles and injections; they are paying attention to how you feel and are courteous and professional.

Got referred here from my doctor and honestly I am not surprised by the reviews on here. Was told I had an appointment at 8:30 then when I get there they tell me that is just for billing that my appointment is at 9. Finally get in a room after 9 just to be told the wait will at least be an hour and a half. Doctor finally comes in tells me I don't know I can't help you go back to your original doctor. I can't believe my insurance will actually be billed for this.
