I've been ignored for months, removed chemo, pain grew. radiation cares only about themselves then the patients. I ask for schedules to stay only in the daytime but they refuse to change them. Cancer spreads more than anything & now thinking about of looking for another location than here.
Not sure who this company outsources their billing to , or if it’s in house, but they attempt to over collect. It’s exhausting to do someone else’s job constantly.
There is no wonder why this facility has very low star rating. We got denied treatment because they don't take self pay patients. 😞
I can't believe I'm writing such a low score for a doctor's office. My sister received a lymphoma cancer diagnosis earlier this year. So I've been the main person dealing with doctors and the hospitals. Again and again I had to call to verify that my sister's appointments for chemotherapy was set up and the orders were entered. They communicate they do but when we show up to outpatient and inpatient infusion they say they have never received her orders.
