Customer service was extremely disappointing. I arrived early for my scheduled appointment at the Grandview location, only to be told upon arrival that my appointment was actually at a different location. This was despite my referring doctor confirming multiple times that my appointment was scheduled for Grandview. Have waited 6 months for a call back on my referral, called today for an appointment and was denied “my referral expired”. So they asked for a referral i gave them one they didn't process it and then didn't call me about it and just left me hanging. Imagine those that have less than 6 months… Horrible customer service, have been on the line for over 20 min waiting to speak with anyone in charge, sad, disappointed.Crystal the “lead” hung up on me and “steve” her manager very rude and condescending. I love this office , I’ve been here for the last 7 years ( I’m on remi, however I still get regular check ups) The ladies from the front office to Dr Aloba and Dr Rodarte have been nothing but above professional. I do have only one concern: as soon as you walk you have to sign in writing your name , appt time and birthdate, my concern is that the person after you can see your name and DOB, which is a HIPAA violation.
