Have waited 6 months for a call back on my referral, called today for an appointment and was denied “my referral expired”. So they asked for a referral i gave them one they didn't process it and then didn't call me about it and just left me hanging. Imagine those that have less than 6 months… Horrible customer service, have been on the line for over 20 min waiting to speak with anyone in charge, sad, disappointed.Crystal the “lead” hung up on me and “steve” her manager very rude and condescending. Would not trust this place ... read more
I love this office , I’ve been here for the last 7 years ( I’m on remi, however I still get regular check ups) The ladies from the front office to Dr Aloba and Dr Rodarte have been nothing but above professional. Also, RNs who administer treatment do not provide you with at least the basic details of what may happen just vague information. A print out at the minimum would suffice, in case there are issues once the patient is home. Advocate for yourself or for your love... read more
DR Matthew, His a very unprofessional Dr, telling my Dad his going to die since his cancer is terminal,I confront him , to please scort me out side the hospital 🏥 room ,my dad felt down and depressed 😔 since this Dr Matthew's has a very lock of bedside manners toward Terminal patients 😢 very awful service coming from him.
Their front office staff is very friendly and compassionate, and so is their Chemotherapy staff. They are very compassionate. However,....My husband passed away suddenly after his first session of Chemotherapy, and there was not one acknowledgement or condolence on behalf of his Oncologist or his oncologist's nursing assistants. All of a sudden, nobody cared. It has been a month since my husband's passing, and Dr. George and his assistants have still not reached out. I am not only heartbroken, but severely disappointed in th... read more
