Was told I needed a pet scan ASAP, I've had 2 Dr's send 5 different requests to this location. Then was told they needed a referral first. Sent 2 referrals, then was told, no, don't need a referral, need an order, which was previously sent 3 other times but they can't find any of them?!. Have been dealing with this for 3 weeks now and still have no appointment. Absolutely they worst scheduling staff I've ever dealt with. I do not recommend!
I can't express my gratitude to all of the staff at Texas Oncology Denton enough. Dr Lu and his whole team saved my life. It was done with care, compassion, attention, respect; thoroughly and expeditiously. I've been a patient at TXO Denton for years now. I've been very satisfied with my experience as a patient here.
I went to Dr. Kurkul for iron issues. When my son needed to see someone I made sure he went and saw him. He makes you feel at ease. The whole office is great.
They treat you like family!
Would highly recommend Dr. Kurkul for any hem/onc needs. He is intelligent, kind, and has a great sense of humor. The entire Texas Oncology Denton office is superb.
