If you have Dr M... you need to ask for a chaperone! Texas law states he is supposed to ask! He is also not supposed to touch your breasts without a chaperone. An exam is not squishing your breasts together, as if they are toys. If you are a woman, you know what a real exam is! If you are a women getting radiation, do not come here!!
I feel the warmth and care when I first walk in for my appointment. Dyani Colon and Ryan Thomson always have a smile and remember my name even after 5 weeks. Then from the Labs to the nurses for shots I’m noticed. God Bless you.
Was finally convinced by Kelly Warren that I wasn't just a number just to finally get scheduled for tomorrow and now my lung biopsy being canceled at the last min today. Tx Presbyterian called stating they didn't have a order to proceed with the procedure since I switched providers but they are in the SAME building. Of which I was never told I needed a new order how would I know? Just schedule for the biopsy knowing Ive been trying to change care providers. So why would you send to schedule a biopsy if I needed a new order? ... read more
This place is the worst! If I could give them no star I would. They continue to mess up my appointments either by canceling after I have arrived. Or miss communication with my doctor or insurance. They never have all the needed medication or don't found they don't have what is needed till the last minute! They don't notify you that they have to cancel or reschedule till after your scheduled appointment or are at the facility waiting! Go anywhere but here! They will cost you nothing but time and money!
Waited weeks to get results for a serious test and they had technical issues with their virtual appointment system and canceled my appointment while I was stuck IN the meeting, despite chatting with multiple people in the meeting the whole time trying to get it to work. Called their office and have been on hold 40 minutes and counting. So now it’s Friday afternoon and I’ve missed my appointment due to their technical issues and can’t even get results from them over the phone.
