I have been a patient of Dr. Morton's for the past three years. My prescription, which I rely on daily, was recently denied because I had not been seen, even though I am only required to have follow-up appointments every six months. The office should have contacted me to schedule my follow-up appointment, but they did not. As soon as I realized the issue, I scheduled the earliest available appointment, which was August 25. I would like to recognize Dr Kurkul. I am confident in his diagnosis and treatment plan. He has been honest and caring. He has a brilliant ability to see the big picture. All his statements have proven true. I am so very blessed to have him as my doctor. All the staff at Texas Oncology have been amazing. Thank you to everyone for your help and encouragement.
Was told I needed a pet scan ASAP, I've had 2 Dr's send 5 different requests to this location. Then was told they needed a referral first. Sent 2 referrals, then was told, no, don't need a referral, need an order, which was previously sent 3 other times but they can't find any of them?!. Have been dealing with this for 3 weeks now and still have no appointment. Absolutely they worst scheduling staff I've ever dealt with. I do not recommend!
I can't express my gratitude to all of the staff at Texas Oncology Denton enough. Dr Lu and his whole team saved my life. It was done with care, compassion, attention, respect; thoroughly and expeditiously. I've been a patient at TXO Denton for years now. I've been very satisfied with my experience as a patient here.
I went to Dr. Kurkul for iron issues. When my son needed to see someone I made sure he went and saw him. He makes you feel at ease. The whole office is great.
