Waited forever for an appt,they cancalled on me 2xs the last time I only got an hours notice and I was on my way coming from out of town. I'm most unhappy, I had made personal arrangements to make it there, Ifeel this is unprofessional and dicoutrious to say the least. I guess me being able to see a doctor isn't very important
The new answering system is awful. Never have I received a call back after attempting multiple times. Trying to reach my doctor with no effect.
My doctor was attentive and took time to discuss results and possible treatment. The staff is nice and courteous.
Dr. Sneddon & his staff are the most amazing. Everyone was considerate and helpful. The lab staff was so good to make everything comfortable for me. The infusion staff were also so kind and accommodating. I can't recommend them highly enough.
