Never returned initial call. Seemingly impossible to reach anyone at boerne location. Not content with dealings over a serious condition.

Clinical staff is great, however non-clinical support staff (i.e. the front office) is beyond rude. I called to reschedule an appt and was told that they could cancel it, but receptionist refused to reschedule even though I was on the phone with them, stating that they "do not schedule appointments during the day" and that she would "call me back at the end of the day".
