“Dr. Apryl Mensah and the team at Texas Oncology in Beaumont have been a real support during my cancer treatment journey 💛🎗️. This has been one of the most personal and difficult seasons of my life, and I’m truly grateful for the care I received. Dr. Mensah treated me with patience, respect, and genuine compassion 🙏🏽. She took the time to explain my treatment in a way I could understand, answered my questions without rushing me, and helped me feel more confident and less afraid about what I was going through 🧠💬. I came in for blood work and an appointment to see the doctor today 5/22/26. The blood draw was quick at 9:45am and my appointment was for 10:15am. We got called back at 10:20am and answered some questions from the nurse then waited until 11:30 until we finally got to see Doctor Shachner. ONE whole hour! And he literally, LITERALLY spent 1 min going over my blood work and brushed me off to my Rheumatologist. Why make me and my children wait so long if all that was needed was a 1 minute conversation. This is abuse. Making pat... read more

I dropped someone off at 10:40 AM for an 11:00 AM appointment. He was not moved to an examination room until 11:40, and the doctor did not see him until 1:00 PM. After waiting all that time, the doctor spent less than five minutes with him before leaving again and making him wait even longer. After another hour with no meaningful follow up or care provided, we were forced to leave. I waited at this hospital for hours while staff continuously delayed care with little communication or urgency. Looking at the reviews, this clea... read more

The appointment wait is always super long. I was billed for visits that I shouldn't have, while the insurance department gave me pushback trying not to use my triwest insurance. I feel they were trying to corner me into using my blue cross instead of triwest by making it confusing and difficult. My Dr has a less than personal bedside manner. Texas Oncology Beaumont as a whole need to do better when it comes to veteran patients/clients treatment. We're not just a number because of our insurance.

Wow! Very fast and friendly service! They took blood and I saw Dr. Jay Schachner, M.D. and was in and out in 1 hour. Very impressed. Highly recommend.
