The appointment wait is always super long. I was billed for visits that I shouldn't have, while the insurance department gave me pushback trying not to use my triwest insurance. I feel they were trying to corner me into using my blue cross instead of triwest by making it confusing and difficult. My Dr has a less than personal bedside manner. Texas Oncology Beaumont as a whole need to do better when it comes to veteran patients/clients treatment. We're not just a number because of our insurance.

Wow! Very fast and friendly service! They took blood and I saw Dr. Jay Schachner, M.D. and was in and out in 1 hour. Very impressed. Highly recommend.

It is absolutely ridiculous that it is a known fact that they do not call you back for your scheduled appointment for a minimum of 1 hour past, usually at least 2 hours. This is even if you are the first appt of the day. The staff just smirks, hands in there with responses like... don't know what to tell ya, they'll call you back when they call you back! This is poor management, it absolutely starts with keadership. Do BETTER!! This unacceptable, just because you think, oh, we are just cancer patients, maybe we wont be here ... read more

I scheduled the first appointment of the day at 8:00 AM specifically to avoid long wait times. I arrived at 7:30 AM, the doors opened at 7:55 AM, and despite having the first appointment, I was seen after multiple patients with later appointment times. I was finally called back at 9:15 AM — 1 hour and 15 minutes past my scheduled time. This was simply to review results, not for labs or additional testing, which could have easily been communicated through a message instead of making patients wait this long. Never respects patients time appointment @3pm still not seen an hour later then to be told to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time yet here we are still in the waiting room might as well just said our appointment was @4pm and hour drive to get here and still wasting and disrespecting peoples time no apology for delay just hanging out doing absolutely nothing chitchat when your lobby is empty im so disappointed that this is the place I have to trust with my mothers care when they can’t even respect her time I’m sure... read more
