Absolute worst. Doctor was a misogynistic, staff messed up the ROI and tried to give me the wrong paperwork in person, call center told me something different about my blood work orders/need for appointment/where I could go - each time I called. I feel too sick to be jerked around this much. 100% avoid this place if possible.

I was referred by my primary told I would receive a call. After a week I called them to set an appt. I was told Gabby the patient coordinator would call me back, after 3 days called again told again Gabby would reach outs never did. I’m on week 3 of calling 2 times a week and yet to get a call back to set an appt as the coordinator seems to be to busy. One time I called was told they received my referral then another time they didn’t. Very disappointed. My care has been delayed waiting for this simple appointment.

Patient Coordinator Donna is so kind and helpful, I spoke to her a few times trying to get insurance and referrals situated.

Very disappointed. Arrived to my appointment 30 minutes before and was informed my appointment was cancelled. No phone call, no message, text or email.

The team at Texas Oncology is the absolute BEST. They truly care for all of their patients as if they were family. I am grateful to be a part of their continued care with Aspen Hospice.
