Billing sucks. My wife got denied in January 2026 cause apparently her employer made changes to their benefits program. Goes to prove money comes first before helping to save a person's life. As for the staff who give patients chemo, I have nothing negative to say the nurses who my wife actually had were nice and showed they care for my wife as well as other patients.
Response to the office reply. Time for talking sadly come the multiple times I have called to find out what was happening. You chose not to respond to me. But now you want to? Sorry I don’t think so. I will find somewhere that they are genuine and want to be able to support me and my health. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! Scheduling is horrible and they will cancel up to the day before.

Wait time is terrible. Saw business office and paid within 5 minutes, however waited over an hour and a half for treatment.
