I have not actually been to the office as of yet, but it took me 5 months to get an appointment. The lady handling the paperwork needed was incompetent, rude, and lied to me and two other providers who were trying to help me get in. I sure hope the doctors are better than the office staff, if not , we are all doomed.

Does this Texas Oncology use American Radiology Consultants to review imaging? I received a collections letter for services from American Radiology Consultants and they never even billed me first.
I spent a lot 9f time at Texas Oncology. The entire staff are great. Dr. Kalla is amazing.
I love Dr. D and she is always so nice and willing to answer questions. She has a terrific bedside manor which is appreciated. She gets 5 stars. My issue is not with the care I receive, it is that my wait time in the waiting room is always an hour plus before I am even called back to see her, and then I wait some more once back in a room. If this was just an on occasion thing I would understand, but it is every single time. On one appointment she was triple booked which is not fair to anyone, including Dr. D.
