Have been trying to contact Octopools, LLC re: warranty work to be done on our pool. The pool was resurfaced about a year ago and is now flaking. Octopools offers a 3 yr warranty on their work which is the reason I chose to do business with Octopools. A year later, I cannot reach them by phone or email. When I call their office, their voicemail is full. I've tried emailing them as well, but the messages are "undeliverable". I'm disappointed.
