The dieticians at Texas Nutrition Consultants gave me the support and knowledge I needed to lose a significant amount of weight and to maintain that weight lose for the past 7 years and counting. All of the staff (that I've interacted with) have been very friendly and helpful! Furthermore, I REALLY appreciate Danielle's approach to weight loss. She has really helped me to develop a healthier relationship with food by taking time to talk with me an understand my personal challenges (both health related and tied to food psychology/general behavioral problems). I would strongly recommend working with TNC! 6/5 stars for sure!
Texas Nutrition Consultants I was referred to Texas Nutrition Consultants by my primary care doctor. They were pretty quick to set me up with an appointment. I unfortunately missed my first appointment due to an underlying disability. They were nice enough to waive the fee. The trouble started when I was finally going over their patient contract. I have tried to get an appointment with Michelle Madsen for over three months. Very poor customer service. Office Manager Brenda finally got around to checking my insurance and said I would be self-pay. After three months!! And this was a referral from my own primary care doctor. I will let my doctor know not to ever send someone to Texas Nutrition Consultants!
