Every time I go in for service it always feels like I’m overpaying based on information I was given when we bought the car. Even oil changes were supposedly covered for a period but I still see expenses for that on my service bill. They used to clean the interior as well which was part of the agreement, now suddenly we are having to schedule that separately from maintenance. We don’t live nearby and it’s become a hassle driving over there and we always leave feeling frustrated and a little unsatisfied.

Increasing my star rating. Not the dealerships fault entirely. Although parts prices are way over the top the actual quote for repair (labor) was reasonable. Considering there mechanics charge out rate is $200 per hour. Parts are so inaccessible to replace due to poor layout of design. Alternator should be just an hour job. Instead you have to remove so much else to get old one out and new one in. Whether by design or lack of thoughtfulness I do not know. Apparently bulb and starter motor replacements tell the same story.
