When I made my appointment, I stated that I would wait. When I arrived they told me it would be 3-5 hours JUST to diagnose. Why wouldn’t they inform them rather when I arrived. What is the point of an appointment. I’ve never had good luck in the service department at Texas Nissan. Will not be back
I had to have the windshield replaced on my 2025 Nissan last week. A very nice guy (not a Nissan employee) came to my house and told me he’d replace the windshield and do the recalibration and it would take about an hour total. After he replaced the windshield, he told me that Nissan no longer allows third-party companies to do windshield calibration on 2025 or later vehicles. Just bought a 2026 Nissan Rogue SV and had the absolute best experience with Tamika! She was wonderfully kind, energetic, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything seamless and enjoyable. Big shoutout to Tamika for being amazing—so grateful for your help!
