I had the opposite experience of most of these reviews. If you have a cut and dry sale I am sure they are great. We were buying a family home that was transferred with a transfer on death deed. And I wasted a month on them and they kept giving me the run around, of needing this or needing that. I finally had enough and terminated our agreement and went to another company and everything went smooth from that point on.
