I have been in multiple times as a support for my father. LaKendra always knows him by name and is super kind and helpful. As the daughter of an aging parent this means the world to me. We run into poor care and ageism often. But not here. LOVE knowing he is in good hands!
Worst banking experience my wife and I have ever had. They made changes to our account without notifying us. Our officer was extremely rude. We had the account for about a year now and ended up closing it due to the laundry list of issues iv had with them... I'd never recommend this bank even to my worst enemy.
We needed to cash an Escrow check from when we bought our land. The employees were VERY friendly! Our Teller was named Raven. She was very sweet & also very professional. Raven was very knowledgeable about what we were there for & very speedy! I would definitely recommend this branch for all your Texas National Bank needs!
Fix your working hours for Saturday and specify that only the drive through is open partially... And Sunday you're not open , it says 7.30 to 5.30 as well
