The commercial lender we worked with completely drop the ball and killed a deal. He admittedly mishandled every aspect of it from ordering then cancelling appraisals to failing to reorder them when it was discovered, wasting weeks of everyone’s time. I honestly don’t think he never read the completes file for 4+ months, while asking for extensions every 30-days, costing buyers and seller both time and money. The service level was apathetic as best.
I have been in multiple times as a support for my father. LaKendra always knows him by name and is super kind and helpful. As the daughter of an aging parent this means the world to me. We run into poor care and ageism often. But not here. LOVE knowing he is in good hands!
Worst banking experience my wife and I have ever had. They made changes to our account without notifying us. Our officer was extremely rude. We had the account for about a year now and ended up closing it due to the laundry list of issues iv had with them... I'd never recommend this bank even to my worst enemy.
