Have y’all lost your minds? Why would you show such hate and disrespect towards auditors who are out there making sure you’re adhering to the constitution that you swore to uphold by putting up such a hateful post. Way to deescalate. You should be ashamed. It was those very auditors that woke me up (at 70 years old) to the fact that there are some really bad police out there. Was in a Critical Incident where I shot a wanted fugitive and the fugitive shot me. They provided a lawyer in a reasonable time, and the lawyer was great. However, after my Garrity statement was given and after I wrote my police report for the Rangers that was the last of the help I got. All the frivolous lawsuits the suspect filed, TMPA was nowhere to be seen to help. When my Agency left me hanging, wouldn't give me my retired LE credentials, wouldn't give me a pension (after being shot 8 times), and had workers comp cut my... read more
