Was in a Critical Incident where I shot a wanted fugitive and the fugitive shot me. They provided a lawyer in a reasonable time, and the lawyer was great. However, after my Garrity statement was given and after I wrote my police report for the Rangers that was the last of the help I got. All the frivolous lawsuits the suspect filed, TMPA was nowhere to be seen to help. When my Agency left me hanging, wouldn't give me my retired LE credentials, wouldn't give me a pension (after being shot 8 times), and had workers comp cut my... read more

Had them from 2014-2019 I needed them for a prior issue with my old department. They decided not to help even though it was a judgement they assist me with. I would not recommend them they only care about slam dunk cases and could care less. Now they are speaking against reserves officers.
