*Balance* I paid the amount in full 12/15/25 day of service. Got a bill for 2nd MRI, that they did not charge me for. Called June 2026 paid balance. I still get monthly bills. I called, she said they have a new system. You are Paid in full. I still continue to receive monthly bills. Today is 9/8/2026 and I just got my 2nd text message for the amount of both MRIs to be paid in full. I spoke to her today and said its a new system. Great with the exception that NO ear protection was provided during the MRI. It was incredibly loud! Update to Review: It has been 6 days, my ears are still ringing. I have to downgrade my review since you, the owner, say the facility does offer ear protection. There was a very angry looking, short, bald man who came in and watched as the tech prepped so more than 1 person knew I had no ear protection. IF ear protection had been even offered this would have hands down been a five star review.
