Poor service. Took 3 days to decline my insurance after patiently waiting to schedule an MRI for a severe injury
The worst environment for a medical office I have ever seen. Unprofessional office staff discussing patient information and personal life while training a new staff member in front of the patients waiting in the small waiting room. They "could not send my records to my orthopedist" and required me to return to their office for a copy on a CD. If you are looking for a great environment for your MRI, then visit this medical office. Alexis, the front receptionist, was efficient in her work and professional on the phone. Noah, the MRI tech, was kind, communicative, and very professional too. He made the whole MRI experience a pleasant one and as you know, it can not be that way since it's a bit of a claustrophobic. The open MRI is MUCH better than a traditional MRI and I will return here if I ever need one again. Kudos to both of you for being standout staff members.
I appreciate the honesty of the front desk. Instead of having me come in for an appointment, and take my money, she was honest about it and told me I needed a closed MRI. I have been to a physician before, they took $400 for an x-ray and visit. Made me wait 15mins after the image was placed in the checkup room for the doctor to come in and in less than 5mins tell me he “can’t help” me and for me to go get an MRI and/or someone who deals with tumor or muscles. This facility was extremely helpful and were able to get me super fast! Definitely will use this MRI facility again if needed.
