The image I received was unusable and the surgeon couldn't use it. The MRI tech did not seem qualified and spoke poor English (and English was his first language). I would not go here.

The worst environment for a medical office I have ever seen. Unprofessional office staff discussing patient information and personal life while training a new staff member in front of the patients waiting in the small waiting room. They "could not send my records to my orthopedist" and required me to return to their office for a copy on a CD. The entire CD was blank and they would not respond to my doctor's request for records so that I could be properly diagnosed. 8 months later I received a bill from them and when I explai... read more

If you are looking for a great environment for your MRI, then visit this medical office. Alexis, the front receptionist, was efficient in her work and professional on the phone. Noah, the MRI tech, was kind, communicative, and very professional too. He made the whole MRI experience a pleasant one and as you know, it can not be that way since it's a bit of a claustrophobic. The open MRI is MUCH better than a traditional MRI and I will return here if I ever need one again. Kudos to both of you for being standout staff members.
