They acknowledged and accepted responsibility for the damage but never paid a single cent. They kept making promise after promise that it would be taken care of but no results. **WARNING**WARNING**DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They moved me back in May 2012 and broke my 52in LCD Sony Bravia. (THE COMPANY DRIVER ADMITTED TO BEING RESPOSNSIBLE FOR BREAKING IT TO THE SUPERVISOR VALENCIA WHEN IT HAPPENED) I filed the claim in May and STILL have never even received a phone call to repair or replace it!!!! (Valencia THE ALLEGED SUPERVISOR has just vanished off the planet) I now am having to proceed in court with my dad who's an attorney just to get ANY KIND OF compensation!!!!!!!- P.B
