We’re about to close on our new home and Texas Mortgage Capital has been such a great experience. Mr. H**** personally met with us and explained the process since this was going to be a different type of loan. Linda Gould has helped ever since and has been nothing but the greatest. Extremely poor experience all the way to the end. People do not return phone calls, and they are rude when responding to that issue. This was a very complicated loan understandably frustrating to all parties. My complaint is not to the lengthy process, it is to the customer service aspect of any business!
