Customer service is horrible. Would give a 0 star if I could.
It is convenient, but the nurse was a little harsh. Instead of going round clock wise/ counter clockwise inside my nasal, she kept poking me all the way deep. This isn't my first covid-19 test, I tested twice a week in my job, but here they seem a little harsh!
