Staff are amazing and knowledgeable. If they don't have what you need in stock, they will try to order it in for you. Store is always very clean and organised.
Love my local Mitre 10 store. Just a short walk away. Staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable. If it isn't in store once ordered will usually arrive by the end of the week.
I bought a tile grout paint by mistake thinking it was coloured silicone grout and was told I can return if not suitable or otherwise and as I had to return it as not suitable they wouldn't refund the money as they said I used it but I didn't as the wrong product so very disappointed .........
