The timber was terrible — it barely burned at all. Unfortunately, the customer service was also pretty much non-existent. We felt like we were just another tourist passing through and weren’t really given the time of day. Will I come back to Texas? Absolutely. Will I come back here for firewood? No. Next time, I’ll make sure I bring my own.
The staff there are bloody awesome. No request was a pain for them and they were happy to help. Spent a small fortune with them. Thanks guys we will be back when we come to visit our cousin again.
