Outstanding staff, very professional
My husband had a procedure under anesthesia and he required additional care when waking up afterwards. His nurses, Michelle and Amy, were amazing and we highly recommend the care and professionalism of the staff!
The upfront staff was courteous and friendly. The pre-op team was very professional, on point, and business/ patient forward. Dr. Patel, and his team were competent and diligent throughout the entire process.
Dr Patel and his team are great! The process from scheduling the procedure to the procedure itself is very streamlined and organized. The front office staff are very friendly and professional. The nurses are incredible! They (April, Kathryn & Paige) are very nice and professional. They explained everything BEFORE they did it. Get your PCP to refer you to Dr Patel and his team of highly trained professionals!
The staff and facility are top notch. The nurses and doctors make the experience of gastro procedures very comfortable. The medical center is state of the art. Dr Yogi Patel and his staff are a community asset.
