Great experience with TX Metal master. I was getting the run around with companies saying they provide metal roofs but only doing the new metal shingles. None of the other companies could simply give an estimate based on roof size. But TX Metal Master was great. Y’all be careful when Zack comes along. He will sweet talk you into thinking that he will take care of you and that he is an expert in handling insurance companies. He has his supposed experts come fix the roof…but he didn’t fix it. We had severe storms where it took out the literal light pole and pulled the wires. Here it is, the bent pole with the existing damage… We are a military family and we are not ok with this. What a horrible experience. Not to mention the excessive phone calling. My advice go somewhere else.
It's been about 7 months since they put on my new metal roof and l am so much enjoying it... Wish l hadn't waited as long as l did to do it.... These guys were great,,, and yes l will use them again when the need arises...
